The Wing Wah Group which was launched in 1997 and run by the master chefs from some of the most prestigious restaurant in Hong Kong, now has two restaurants across the region in Coventry and Burton-on-Trent.

 

Voted by the Times as one of the top 20 Chinese restaurants in the UK in 2008, Wing Wah Restaurants are popular for their tasty selection of traditional Chinese food cooked to a high standard and very modestly priced. In 2010 it was awarded for Food Fit 4 Life Golden Award run by Birmingham City Council Food Safety Team & NHS.

At Ming Moon Chinese Restaurant we serve a variety of Pan Asian cuisine including Cantonese, Northern Chinese, Sichuan, Thai, Japanese & Indian. Dine in our comfortable yet stylish deco, that is ideal for birthdays, anniversaries, karaoke, office parties, as well as a smaller intimate meal for two.

 

As well as having a large selection of delicious buffet dishes across counters, we serve live cooking from our open kitchen, with Teppanyaki, Dim Sum, Sushi, BBQ, Noodles, Congee, Vermicelli Roll and many more.  Our  large selection of desserts includes chocolate fountain, fresh fruits, crêpe and pastries.
